I've never had a better experience then I did yesterday at Rogers in Niagara Falls. Shyan was the most helpful manager I've ever met and really appreciated the time and energy she put into making sure all my needs were completely fulfilled Thank you so much for all of your help !!

Dear Roger representatives, I am very disappointed with the customer service you treat long standing clients. I've been a rogers client for some time now, and have got my husband with rogers as well. Rogers is a disgusting company not true Canadian. Took over mobilicity and now mobilicity is like messed up. Poor network...bad data...blocking whatsapp...

Have 4 phones with this joke of a company. Cannot make or receive a single call without dropping. I live in Regina and apparently there is no nearby tower. Dealt with customer service whom kept elevating and creating ticket numbers to no avail. They admitted there is a major issue and offered nothing to correct except that they may put a tower in closer in the next year or two. There is no company or business out there that would be hated as much as Rogers..... The customer service is by far the worst than can exist anywhere in the planet and I mean it.I have been in many places in this world and there is nothing worst than Rogers! Your CSR team sucks - I spend an average of 1 hour on the phone every time I have an issue . I was promised a credit of $150 when I spoke to retention and it was never honoured . I called back and requested that they listen to the recording of our call , their answer was that it is only used for training purposes. You have a recording of a promise being made and you refuse to honour it. Don't trust this company when they promise you things,... Read more

My Monthly Bill With Rogers Communications shows an overview on page 19. It states "Available Monthly Shared Services of 25GB and in the same column "Available Monthly Shared Services" of 4GB. The last time I sat in a Math class I worked out that 25 + 4 = 29GB of "Available Monthly Shared Services". Been a rogers customer on and off for years now. currently have one of your expensive cell phone plans that covers nothing. Right now I am beign scammed out of an additional $250 because of your incompetent staff. My wife setup two new phones on new contracts, last year, april 2014. Could not access Shomi on our TV. It is part of our package - as confirmed by FOUR agents. Forty minutes and FIVE agents later, the last guy said just click on it, then choose order. Seriously? Guy 1, 2, 3, AND 4 couldn't tell me that?? Each agent had to do the obligatory "your name, address, email address, primary name..." I have been a Rogers customer since 2012. In March of 2016 I decided to sign up for a new contract with them. What a bad decision that was. Since March I have dealt with at least 12 different Rogers employees, all of which provided me with completely different stories as to what options were available to me.
