The following piece I like to call the 3 Circles of Support ***.Enjoy! My ordeal started about 3 weeks ago when I decided to open an account with Velcom and use my own Thomson DCM 476 cable modem. Now, if unfamiliar with Velcom, it is a small reseller of Rogers’ services, operating out of Brampton. They have more reasonable rates than the big ISP providers and for someone on a budget like myself trying them out seemed like a good idea. I... Read more

After many years with Bell decided to switch my few wireless line to Rogers. Biggest mistake. I was sole a very different package than what was agreed on. On one of the line that I got the phone with, they said they don,t have the phone to give me but since the SIM cart was issued they continued charging me for the phone line. Than Rogers cancelled one of the line and gave me another line which I was still charged for an extra line that was... Read more

I'm holidaying in Puerto Rico 98% of the time I have had no phone service, I have needed to call car service , but no service anywhere. It makes me feel very unsafe when I have no phone access traveling alone.

Terrible terrible terrible internet service. Four my 5 years in Canada this is the worst internet service i have ever had. I asked for a high speed internet cause i got a work from home job but I am so dissapointed with the outcome. I finally gave up my job cause my supervisors kept noticing the continous issues i got with my internet. I called several times and comolained after about a month someone got to me and said her manager will call me... Read more

Worst customer service and services for that matter. It's been more than 3 months and my services have never worked properly. Snail like internet, slow and ugly hd boxes, the customer service people are extremely rude and know absolutely nothing about the products they sell except how to sell them. I was a customer for 10 years and I have finally had enough of their overpriced garbage

Cell coverage is terrible in my town south of Winnipeg, my recent experience with rogers was the worst yet. Spent hours dealing with multiple people just to upgrade my phone. Bounced around from person to person. Then I finally got a hold of a person that promised to help me and she disconnected me at 5:02 with a message stating their office was now closed and to call again tomorrow. Typical. Below is a pick of me still on hold. Wonder how... Read more

Instead of burying the cable Rogers took the cable and ran it around neighbors house and over to my house using my eaves trough to anchor the cable. Rogers did not inform me that it was doing this nor did it ask permission to climb up the side of my house and hang it's cable on my gutter. One hour on the phone with Rogers who pretended they didn't know anything about it. It took telling them that I would call the police before I was told a... Read more

It's an old experience, but I still carry the grudge. As a new comer to Canada I got their service early 2014 in an offer, when that offer expired I was facing a huge bill, guess what, that's not my problem. So after about 1 year, I decided I will switch to another provider to reduce the bill, the only problem is, they told that my last month usage has exceeded the limit and I'm required to pay $350 extra for that month alone! I tried to... Read more

I pay about $80.00 each month for my internet service, only to be aggravated every-time I have the misfortune of needing anything from anyone at Rogers. Tonight all I needed was to have 2 ports opened (or confirmed that they are open). After 20 minutes on hold (because they are always "experiencing more than usual number of calls"). The "level 1" (who are typically as smart as the rubber on a flat tire), could not help me but stated I would... Read more
