Always screwing up the bill,and not in my favor,i think I was over charged,and no help

Cell coverage is terrible in my town south of Winnipeg, my recent experience with rogers was the worst yet. Spent hours dealing with multiple people just to upgrade my phone. Bounced around from person to person. Then I finally got a hold of a person that promised to help me and she disconnected me at 5:02 with a message stating their office was now closed and to call again tomorrow. Typical. Instead of burying the cable Rogers took the cable and ran it around neighbors house and over to my house using my eaves trough to anchor the cable. Rogers did not inform me that it was doing this nor did it ask permission to climb up the side of my house and hang it's cable on my gutter. It's an old experience, but I still carry the grudge. As a new comer to Canada I got their service early 2014 in an offer, when that offer expired I was facing a huge bill, guess what, that's not my problem. I pay about $80.00 each month for my internet service, only to be aggravated every-time I have the misfortune of needing anything from anyone at Rogers. Tonight all I needed was to have 2 ports opened (or confirmed that they are open). After 20 minutes on hold (because they are always "experiencing more than usual number of calls"). I've never had a better experience then I did yesterday at Rogers in Niagara Falls. Shyan was the most helpful manager I've ever met and really appreciated the time and energy she put into making sure all my needs were completely fulfilled Thank you so much for all of your help !!

Dear Roger representatives, I am very disappointed with the customer service you treat long standing clients. I've been a rogers client for some time now, and have got my husband with rogers as well. Rogers is a disgusting company not true Canadian. Took over mobilicity and now mobilicity is like messed up. Poor network...bad data...blocking whatsapp...

Have 4 phones with this joke of a company. Cannot make or receive a single call without dropping. I live in Regina and apparently there is no nearby tower. Dealt with customer service whom kept elevating and creating ticket numbers to no avail. They admitted there is a major issue and offered nothing to correct except that they may put a tower in closer in the next year or two. There is no company or business out there that would be hated as much as Rogers..... The customer service is by far the worst than can exist anywhere in the planet and I mean it.I have been in many places in this world and there is nothing worst than Rogers!
