I had a pay as you go service. Went in to change options. They signed me up for a contract deliberately then in 6 months when I wanted out they charged $100. But that wasn't the kicker for me. Worst cable company EVER!! Pay a ton of money for a service and half the time it doesnt work. Call customer service and the only solution they ever have is to unplug for 30 sec then plug back in.
