Long time customer here. Was never told by the Rogers rep that after I used the initial 10G of data that my ‘infinite’ data will be throttled down to a crawl. Super misleading. Literally feels like dial-up. Heck I’m sure other telecom providers can afford to advertise this if this is the speed that they’re not telling you. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Sure you’re not being charged for going over the allotted data but the ‘infinite’ data is not even worth using. Can’t even listen to a podcast without cutting out, one instagram page takes ages to load, and you can forget about opening email attachments.

this ignite tv i have trouble with it.since i got it.there is a lot of times i cant watch tv. My Tv screen goes black and it says they are having trouble .It happens a lot.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Your Rogers Infinite data plan includes 10GB of data at max speed on the Rogers network.

You will continue to have access to data services with no overage beyond the max speed allotment at a reduced speed for both upload and download until the end of your current billing cycle. Applications such as email, web browsing, apps, and audio/video streaming will continue to function at a reduced speed. For more data at max speed, feel free to purchase a Speed pass or you can change to a 20GB or 50GB plan.

Poor call in service regarding a bill

I recently called the number on my Rogers bill to find out about my latest bill. I had questions as to why my bill was so high and to find out if they had any promotional packages for their valued customers. I was told an 8 to 10 minute wait, waited half an hour then gave up. i tried the online Anna, but got no where the other day. Poor customer service

User's recommendation: If you need to contact Rogers, just chat with Anna and tell her you are moving on to another service. This is what i am going to do.

I've spent my entire day today trying to get my phone (under warranty) sent back to be repaired and a substitute given to me while this is completed. Your CSR's instructed me to go to a Rogers store and that they would process the old phone and give me the loaner...

Nothing was improved. Although I did get my original defective phone back, repaired and wiped - hip hip hooray. Also - the loaner phone promised to me by your service team never arrived. I've certianly not changed my opinions of Roger's- more to the point they've been further confirmed.

By the way, If you care so much about your customers as you state, why the run around to communicate with you via all kinds of email sites and portals?

You are a phone company! Why not simlly call me?!!

Bully tactics to get money

@Rogers @CityNews Likes to use bully tactics by cutting services with no warning and then hold your services hostage by telling you that if you do not pay you will not get your service back and then after you pay they charge $35.00 to reactivate it, then 4 hours later send an email stating that services will be cut if bill is not paid within 24 hours. SINCE WHEN IS THIS NOT BULLYING?

i am on a plan for 25.00 per month as i am a senior and was on chatr prior to the problems i was having... they gave me a free month and i would like an invoice sent to my email account so i can pay thru my bank and also an adjustment to my account that is dreadfully high and any payment due would be on july 28 for catchup for the 50.00 dollars owing

Hi Karen, you can reach out to a chatr representative at 1-800-485-**** or, from your chatr mobile phone, call *611 (it's a free call). If you want to speak to a live agent at Rogers Pay As You Go please do so by calling in at 1-800-575-****.

After selecting the language in which you wish to continue, press 4, then press 4 again.

At the end of the third menu, press 1 to reach an agent quickly. -Zara

Charged for UNUSED Wireless Service

Paying for Phone Number which has been changed to another Number. Son paying for New Number. I AM PAYING FOR ORIGINAL NUMBER.$113.00 PER MONTH I DO NOT HAVE PHONE, SON HAS PHONE. BOTH OF US PAYING FOR 1 SERVICE. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED I HAD TO CANCEL ORIGINAL PHONE SERVICE. I thought Phone Service to Original Number was automatically discontinued. when Son took over Phone. Promotion also included Free Tablet., Son has Tablet , I ended up paying $310.00 for Tablet which my son has. When I pHONE PHONE Tablet.$310.00

Absolutely HORRID Customer Service

Called on June 5 to cancel Smartwatch sub. Charged on June 7 bill. Called again to stop service and idiot rep said Their records show I called to cxl but I didnt confirm their cxl email. Never told to expect an email nor received one. Rep cxl wo email request. Request credit but he said I didnt confirm cxl on email, so NO. IDIOTS

Good day and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention! Although no specific date can be provided, we always do our best to make sure that all burials are completed as quickly as possible while maintaining the mandated specifications for safety.

Burial work orders are completed in a priority sequence starting with the oldest pending order. Also, orders that have been pending from the previous year will be prioritized and completed before June 30. Burial timelines may vary based on the time of year the temporary line was installed, please see below: - Underground drops created prior to February 1: Burial will be completed by June 30. - February 1 to June 30: Burial will take place within 6-8 weeks after June 30.

- July 1 to September 30: Burial will take place within 6-8 weeks. - October 1 to December 31: Burial will be completed before June 30 of the following year. The safety and well-being of our community is extremely important to us. We always want to ensure that our temporary lines are securely placed.
