Hey there. Just spent 35+ minutes on the phone with 3 different departments to do a price match, just to find out that in their price match promise there is a fine print somewhere that it does not include third party! Must be very small writing or very slow workers for it to take 35+ minutes for them to find it. Not happy.

My company has 7 Rogers lines. Turns out one is a double billing for an upgrade on one line where Rogers did not use the upgrade from one line to another. Even though customer service admitted the mistake they wouldn't credit my account. I doubt Bell is any better but the only power I have is to transfer. After 16 years with Rogers they couldn't care less. Arrogant company.
