Rogers Communications - On hold all day!!!
On hold now for 2 hours with Rogers customer service and still waiting... simply want to know if there’s a cheaper plan available than $100 per month for my wireless. Have been a customer for 10+ years and thinking its definitely time to switch!!!!!

Rogers Communications - Worst cell phone provider in canada

I called rogers for the purpose to cancel my account. First i called customer service, it was 16 minutes wait time. After telling all the story, they told me that they dont have the authority to cancel my account. For that i have to speak custoner relation. Lol, I waited on the phone 1 hour 32 minutes. Still no one answered. Lol, can anyone imagine....its so funny. How can i cancel my account.....
